The leather used is from J&FJ Baker of Devon, England and is of the highest quality and is vegetable tanned.

The white showing on the bag is a grease that is part of the tanning process, this will be buffed off before posting.

I only use the highest grade of leather, full grain leather that will display natural imperfections such as marks, scars and character from the hand dying processes, making each piece truly unique.
Everything I make is entirely handmade by me with locally, ethically sourced and sustainably tanned leather and materials with a focus on traditional craftsmanship, quality and longevity. Using traditional saddlery techniques and saddle stitching which ensures a stronger, more durable stitch than machine stitching, as it creates a knot with every stitch.
